Hotel location is excellent inside the old town and close to many of the attractions in the old town. We had two rooms of which one was ok but the other was a bit dated and old.

Great location. Beautiful upscale hotel with great staff. The room was excellent and relaxing. The breakfast was included and had a variety of fresh options. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and personable. They made excellent recommendations and made arrangements for several options.

I stayed at Hotel Central for 3 nights this week. The location was perfect for exploring Sarajevo. Loads of shops, restaurants, bars and museums nearby. It's about a 20 minute drive from the airport. Check in was fast and the receptionist was lovely, so were all the staff I met during my stay. My 7th floor room was very clean and the housekeeping was outstanding. Plenty of tea/coffee, storage space and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and well designed although the shower curtain wasn't big enough to stop water splashing onto the floor. There was a problem with my door but this was resolved during the stay. Breakfast is included although I never eat breakfast so can't comment on it. There's an excellent health club/ spa with an indoor pool. All in all, I'd highly recommend a stay at the Hotel Central.
